1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using any software, service or website provided by MM Innovative Technologies Pte Ltd ("MM", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. Accounts
To use myMM and our subscription-based products you must register an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
3. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period; access continues until then.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services — this includes attempting to disrupt them, accessing other users' data, or using them for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
All software, branding, designs and content remain the property of MM Innovative Technologies. Subscriptions grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use, not ownership.
6. Liability
The services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the services.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and shown here with an updated date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
