MM Innovative Technologies Pte Ltd ("MM", "we", "us") is a software company based in Singapore. We design, build and operate the products listed on this website.
2. What data we collect
- Account data: name, email, and password hash you provide at signup.
- Billing data: address and tax information you provide on your account page.
- Subscription & license records: which apps and plans are active on your account.
- Device tokens: identifiers for desktop apps you connect to myMM.
- Server logs: IP, user agent and timestamps, kept for security and debugging.
3. How we use it
We use your data to operate the services — account management, license verification for desktop apps, billing, and product communication. We do not sell your data.
4. Data stored locally on your device
Our desktop apps process documents on your machine by default and do not upload them to our servers unless explicitly stated for a feature.
5. Sub-processors
We use a small set of third-party services to operate (e.g. hosting, email delivery, payment processing). A full list will be published with the final policy.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. The fastest path is the Account page; for anything else, email us.
7. Data retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. After you delete your account, data is removed within a reasonable timeframe except where retention is legally required (e.g. invoices).
8. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9. Changes
If we materially change this policy, we'll notify you by email and update the date above.
